asked the Minister of Works how many circulars, regulations forms and instructions have been issued by his Department and its regional or other subsidiary offices during the first quarter of 1946; and what percentage of increase or decrease there is compared with the first quarter of 1936.

Mr. Tomlinson

During the first quarter of 1946 my Department was responsible for two regulations, five circulars and 28 forms. No similar documents were necessary during the first quarter of 1936.
