§ 23. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Transport if he will restrict charges for vehicle maintenance of the controlled undertakings to a ceiling figure as provided for in the control agreements.
§ Mr. BarnesIt would be impracticable in every case to restrict charges for vehicle maintenance to the ceiling figure, but, as provided in the agreements, controlled undertakings who incur maintenance expenditure in excess of their ceiling, are required to justify the excess before it is allowed as a charge to the control account.
