Mr. Bossomasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the present scale of professional fees which local authorities are permitted to pay private architects for small housing estates is, due to the increased cost of assistance, below the cost of the production of the drawings and supervision and other professional services; and if he will consider authorising an increase in fees in the case of housing estates below a certain size.
