§ Mr. BelcherYes, Sir; but it is not practicable to deal with the general industrial situation in South Wales within the limits of a reply to a Question. I will, however, ask the Wales Regional Board to send a detailed reply to the Association's letter, and will send a copy of the reply to my hon. Friend.
