§ Bahamas, British Guiana, British Honduras, Cyprus, Gambia, Hong Kong, Leeward Islands, Nigeria, North Borneo, Palestine, Seychelles, Tanganyika Territory, Trinidad, Uganda, and Windward Islands (St. Lucia, St. Vincent).
