§ 36. Mr. John Fosterasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the local authority at Runcorn, at the request of his Department, pressed forward with the preparation of a site at Highland Road, Runcorn, for prefabricated houses of the Tarran type, and that by last September foundations were laid and completed ready for building, with roads made up, curbs, electricity and water all laid, and that by 25th February no sections had been received; and whether he will give the reasons for the delay and state when delivery can be expected.
