§ Mr. J. GriffithsThis is a matter to which I shall give special attention after the necessary legislation has been passed by Parliament. Explanatory memoranda and leaflets will be issued on the statute and subordinate instruments made under it as required to inform all sections of the community affected of their position. I propose to supplement such written matter as necessary through other agencies to ensure the widest possible publicity for the provisions of the legislation.
