Resolved:
That this day, notwithstanding anything in paragraphs (2) and(4) of Standing Order No. 14, the Air Supplementary Estimate, 1945, may be considered in Committee of Supply and may be taken after a quarter past Nine o'clock; and that the Proceedings of the Committee of Supply be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."— [Mr. Herbert Morrison.]
