Mr. Vaneasked the Secretary of State for War whether he can now state the conditions under which all ranks of allied armies, serving in complete allied units and not filling individual appointments in British War Establishments, may be considered to have qualified for British campaign medals in respect of service during the 1939–45 war; and whether such conditions apply equally to all operational theatres.
