§ 37. Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any legal action has been taken respecting the perpetrators responsible for the beating to death of a Mr. Nicholls in Kingston, Jamaica, on 16th February; and whether he now has further particulars of the behaviour of the crowd surrounding the victim and the disturbance on that and other days.
