§ Mr. IsaacsThe Disabled Persons Employment Corporation proposes to open the first Scottish factories for severely disabled persons at Cowdenbeath, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow (two) and Mother-well. The completion of these factories will depend on the availability of suitable sites, labour and material.
