§ Mr. GaitskellSteps are being taken to identify the Polish soldiers who have had underground coalmining experience, and who are sufficiently acquainted with the English language to work safely in British mines. Those who are willing will then be placed in British mines, subject to the necessary consultation and agreement of the trade union representatives.
