Lords Amendment: In page 37, line 19, at end, insert: ' (b) in subsection (6) of section twenty-six after the words ' grant or agreement shall,' there shall be inserted the words ' on being recorded in the appropriate register of sasines';

This Amendment provides the adaptation to Scotland of the Amendment accepted to Clause 26, page 16, line 40.
