§ Mr. Wilfred PalingPresent experience does not lead me to think that the existing rates of allowance are in general inadequate to meet the additional expense arising from extra wear and tear on clothing caused by wearing artificial limbs.
§ Mr. FletcherAs this is the last oral Question to the Minister today, would he show a little more consideration of the real hardship this entails to men who have lost limbs, and not try to hide behind the smoke screen of official, cold, criticism of people who are suffering?
