61. Lieut.-Commander Clark Hutchison

asked the Minister of Food the amount of tea expressed in ounces per person, per week, allocated by his Department for consumption in restaurants, hotels, catering establishments, canteens and business premises.

Tea is allocated to catering establishments on the basis of 1 lb. for 224 hot beverages served, and to business premises for office teas at the rate of 9 oz weekly for each 20 persons.
