§ The Lord President of the Council (Mr. Herbert Morrison)A White Paper, giving a statement of information relating to acts of violence in Palestine, will be available to Members at the Vote Office at 5 p.m. today. This Paper has been prepared in accordance with a promise made by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in the Adjournment Debate on 1st July and was, of course, written before the recent outrage at the King David Hotel, Jerusalem.
