§ The Minister of Works (Mr. Tomlinson)With regard to the cost of manufacture of the aluminium house, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply to the hon. Member for Abertillery (Mr. Daggar) on 8th July. I am unable to give the information in the remainder of the Question for the reasons given in my replies to the hon. Member on 16th April and 21st May.
§ Mr. ShepherdIn view of the fact that the taxpayers have to foot this bill, what right has the Minister to deny to them the costs that are incurred by not stating them in this House?
