asked the Minister of Works how many bricks are being imported from Belgium for Government housing schemes.

Mr. Tomlinson

Contracts have been placed with Belgian brickmakers for 81000,000 English-sized bricks and 30,000,000 medium-sized Belgian bricks. These bricks will be used for housing and other priority works.
