Lewisasked the Minister of Food if he will now give permission to those who desire to do so to transfer registrations from milk retailers who have been convicted for maintaining cowsheds in dirty conditions and failing to cause a dairy in which milk is kept to be thoroughly cleansed, thus rendering the milk liable to be contaminated or infected.
