Mr. Skinnardasked the Minister of Agriculture whether it is now possible to remove the restrictions, imposed on the ground that the two-stroke engine is in short supply, on the purchase of motor mowers for agricultural use, having regard to the fact that water-pump units fitted with such engines can be obtained without restriction.
