Colonel Stoddart-Scottasked the Minister of Health if he is aware of the delay of demobilisation of medical officers from the R.A.F. compared with the R.N. and the Army; and will he take steps to distribute to the R.A.F. a larger number 2097 of medical recruits than to the R.N. and Army, in order that demobilisation from the R.A.F. will not remain 10 groups behind the Army.

As regards the second part of the Question I understand that the allocation of doctors to the Royal Air Force was reviewed by the Medical Personnel (Priority) Committee under the chairmanship of my hon. Friend the Member for North Islington (Dr. Haden Guest), at a meeting yesterday, and I will consider the matter in the light of any recommendations they may make to me.
