Ninth Report from the Select Committee (with Minutes of Evidence and Appendices), brought up, and read, as follows:

Your Committee have considered the Woven Non-Wool Cloth (Manufacture and Supply) (Consolidation) Directions, 1946 (S.R.& 0., 1946, No. 3), a copy of which was presented on 30th January, the Order amending the Citrus Fruit Order, 1945 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. 133), a copy of which was presented on 4th February, the Order amending the Bread (Control and Maximum Prices) (No. 2) Order, 1943 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. no), the Canned Fish (Maximum Prices) Order, 1946 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. 125), the Coffee (Maximum Retail Prices) Order, 1946 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. 132), the Order amending the General Licence, dated 2nd January, 1943, having effect Hinder the Soap (Licensing of Manufacturers and Rationing) (No. 2) Order, 1945 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. 121), and the Limitation of Supplies (Toys and Indoor Games) (No. 3) Order, 1946 (S.R.& O., 1946, No. 81), copies of which were presented on 5th February, and are of the opinion that the special attention of the House should be drawn to them, on the ground that there appears to have been unjustifiable delay in the laying of them before Parliament.
