§ 81. Lieut.-Colonel Sir Thomas Mooreasked the President of the Board of Trade what reports he has received from the manufacturers who have investigated the chemical factories of Germany; and whether he proposes to make these reports public.
§ Sir S. CrippsAll the intelligence reports received from the manufacturers who have investigated on behalf of the Government the chemical factories of Germany will be published, except for a small number which may have to be withheld for the present for reasons of security. A list of those printed and available to the public is published weekly in the Board of Trade Journal.
§ Sir T. MooreIs my right hon. Friend aware that all these reports and such information as has been acquired have been published for United States traders in America, and, therefore, does he not think that that is giving an unfair advantage to our competitors in the States?
§ Sir S. CrippsNo, Sir, because a great many of them have also been published in Great Britain for British traders.
