Resolved:

That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to reduce the period for which land must have been under grass in order that a ploughing grant may be made in respect thereof it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the moneys payable on account of ploughing grants, so far as that increase is attributable to any reduction of the said period.— (King's Recommendation signified.)— [Mr. Thomas Williams.]
