§ 11. Major Beamishasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the vacancy in the Polish Praesidium, caused by the death of M. Witos, has been filled by another member of the Polish Peasant Party, P.S.L., or to what party the new member belongs; and whether he is satisfied that the filling of this vacancy has been carried out in accordance with the agreed terms under which the Polish Provisional Government was recognised.
§ Mr. BevinI understand that the vacancy caused by the death of Monsieur Wincenty Witos has not yet been filled and that discussions on the matter are still continuing.
