§ Mr. IsaacsIf the university training department or training college will submit to the Ministry of Education or Scottish Education Department as appropriate, the name of any woman who fulfils the conditions for release of partly trained male teachers, steps will be taken to secure her release provided that the university or training college concerned is able to admit her immediately on release.
