§ 69. Mr. Dyeasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will, in consultation with the Secretary of State for War, secure a change in the conditions governing the employment of German prisoner-of-war labour in the neighbourhood of R.A.F. stations in view of the number of such stations in Norfolk and the need for prisoner-of-war labour on the sugar beet crop during the forthcoming season.
