Mr. Creech JonesI have received a telegram from certain chiefs and other inhabitants of Lagos protesting against the scheme and advising me that they are submitting a memorial on the subject. I am now awaiting this memorial and the observations on it of the acting Governor.

§ Mr. ChurchillWould it not be an advantage to send the Minister of Town and Country Planning out there? He might introduce a Compensation and Betterment Bill.
