§ 59. Mr. Harrisonasked the Minister of Food to what extent the consolidation plans envisaged in the agreement concerning the British and American zones of occupation in Germany will, by the utilisation of our dollar resources, adversely affect our ability to procure supplementary foodstuffs for the people of this country.
