The Solicitor-GeneralSpeaking for myself, the suggestion made by the hon. and gallant Member for Holderness (Lieut.-Commander Braithwaite) would be very convenient. The machinery for dealing with blocked accounts is developed in detail in the Third Schedule. This is really no more than an introductory Clause.
