§ Mr. WestwoodNo, Sir. I understand that the report by the Development Commission, which will be made to the Treasury, has not yet been received, but that the site was inspected by the Chairman and Secretary of the Commission on 27th November.
§ Major McCallumWill the Minister say whether the decision of the Commission is likely to be long delayed?
§ Mr. WestwoodI sincerely hope not. I am anxious that we should be able to come to a decision as speedily as possible.
