§ 35. Mr. Eric Fletcherasked the Minister of Food whether he has considered any requests to be allowed to submit alternative nominations for membership of the Windsor Local Food Control Committee, after the closing date fixed by the regulations.
§ Mr. StracheyThe Windsor Borough Council have asked whether they can change two nominations for the 1947 Food Control Committee, and this will be agreed if the individuals now put forward are eligible for appointment. A local authority is empowered under the Food Control Committees (Constitution) Order, 1943, to remove any member of the committee.
