§ The Attorney-General (Sir Hartley Shawcross)I know of no such case, nor do I think it likely that the Departments concerned would prosecute in the circumstances referred to by the hon. and gallant Member. If, however, the hon. and gallant Member has any specific case in mind and will send me particulars I will be glad to look into it.
