§ 30. Mr. Austinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will cause to be published the reports on fun fairs, in relation to juvenile delinquency, from the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police and chief constables of certain towns.
§ Mr. EdeI have received no recent reports on the alleged connection between fun fairs and juvenile delinquency. Four years ago my predecessor invited the observations of several chief officers of police and came to the conclusion that there were no grounds for any amendment of the law. I cannot publish these replies, but if my hon. Friend has any information to give me I shall be glad to consider it.
