Resolved:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session relating to Finance, it is expedient to authorise the extension of the purposes for which the Exchange Equalisation Account may be used so as to include the conservation or disposition in the national interest of the means of making payments abroad."—(King's reconimendation signified.)—[Mr. Dalton.]
