HC Deb 09 April 1946 vol 421 c1774
10. Lieut.-Colonel Price-White

asked the Minister of Works if he is aware of the bad conditions under which the staff of the Special Commissioners of the Income Tax Department are forced to work at the Craigside covered tennis courts at Llandudno, due to the dilapidated condition of these premises; and what steps are being taken to put the building into proper repair, so as to provide reasonable working conditions for, and to safeguard the health of, the civil servants concerned.

Mr. Tomlinson

A recent survey of the Craigside covered tennis courts at Llandudno revealed extensive dry rot due to the type of construction, and it is proposed to vacate the premises as soon as other arrangements can be made for the staff of the Special Commissioners of Income Tax.
