asked the Minister of Supply (1) what countries have placed orders for mobile power. stations in Britain since 1st July, 1945; and for how many;

(2) whether he will make a statement on the sale of 13 mobile power stations to the Spanish Government.

Ten surplus mobile power stations have been sold to Spain and negotiations are proceeding for the sale of another three. These plants are needed for the development of Spanish industry and agriculture. No other outlet has been found for them.
