§ The Minister of Food (Sir Benjamin Smith)I am aware that some cabbage is available in excess of present requirements in the East Lothians as in other producing areas. I regret that so far as the crop exceeds the total demands of consumers and of the processing plant, it may have to be used for stock feeding or be ploughed in as green manure.
