§ Mr. BevinAt the present time no country has diplomatic representatives in Vienna. In regard to the second part of the question, I understand that there are unofficial bodies in Vienna claiming to represent certain national interests, but none of these enjoys any form of recognition by His Majesty's Government or, so far as I am aware, by any of the other three Controlling Powers.
