Mr. Hector Hughesasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that the M.A.P. factory at Tullos, Aberdeen, is well equipped with high-class and modern machinery which is not being used, but could, and should, be used for peace-time production; and what steps he intends to take to put the factory to full use.
§ Sir S. CrippsThe Ministry of Supply and of Aircraft Production will cease to require this factory at the end of December, 1945. A number of industrialists have expressed an interest in the factory, and I am hopeful that it will be allocated before the end of the year.
