May I ask the Government, in view of the shrinkage in the poll, shown in the division lobbies, and the fact that the Under Secretary of State—

On a point of Order. Is it not in Order for an Opposition Member to ask the Government their intentions on a Bill of primary importance on which every Division shows a shrinkage in the number of Members voting?
