Colonel Dodds-Parkerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in order to build up British communications and to ensure a regular pay load to the companies concerned, he will make it a rule that all his Department's personnel travelling directly or indirectly at Government expense should travel by British air or sea lines whenever these facilities are available.
