Mr. Sparksasked the Secretary of State for War in view of the congestion and long delay in proceedings for divorce promoted by Servicemen through their commanding officers, if he will take steps to expedite proceedings to enable Servicemen to re-establish a home for themselves at the earliest possible moment.
