§ 24. Mr. Snaddenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will state the composition of the appeal tribunals to be set up in connection with decisions of W.A.E.C.'s; and how soon they will be forthcoming.
§ The Joint Under-Secretary of State for Scotland (Mr. Thomas Fraser)My right hon. The Scottish Land Court have agreed to act in this matter and to make reports in such cases to the Secretary of State.
§ Mr. SnaddenDoes that Mean that Scottish farmers can now appeal to the Scottish Land Court right away?
§ Mr. FraserYes, Sir; indeed, some cases of dispossession in recent months have been held over in anticipation of this change of procedure.
