asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether in order to minimise the hardship inflicted on those people entitled to war damage value payments, while at the same time guarding against inflationary dangers, he will consider re leasing these payments to those who only desire them for investment purposes and who are prepared to invest the money in some form of government security which cannot be disposed of until a general release is authorised.
