asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether it is his intention to issue a White Paper on the Nationalisation of the Coal Mines in advance of the publication of the Bill or Bills.

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that leaders of the Labour Party at various times have subscribed to the White Paper technique as being the best way of bringing before the public—[Interruption.] Will he not consider—
