Motion made, and Question proposed, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the continuation, extension, amendment, permanent enactment, or repeal of certain emergency laws, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by any Minister of the Crown in consequence of the passing of the said Act and any increase attributable to the passing of the said Act in any sums authorised or required by any other enactment to be paid out 01 moneys provided by Parliament."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[Mr. Ede.]

It being after a quarter past Nine o'clock, and objection being taken to further Proceeding, the CHAIRMAN left the Chair to make his Report to the House.
