Mr. Noel-BakerOn 24th October, my right hon. Friend made a comprehensive statement about the situation in French Indo-China, and about the employment there of British troops. He clearly stated that His Majesty's Government intend to withdraw our troops as soon as events permit. The situation remains unchanged, and I cannot usefully add to what my right hon. Friend then said.
