Mr. Hastingsasked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the need for the expansion of overseas trade and the shortage of trained technicians, he will amend the regulation whereby in the case of 20 per cent. of students for a university degree in chemistry and physics their course of training is interrupted for military service.
