§ Mr. StracheyI find that they have been just over 10 per cent. short of their full capacity during recent weeks at the Halton School of Cookery. Steps have now been taken to bring the figures up to the maximum again.

§ Mr. StracheyI think that the hon. Member will know from previous answers of mine why cooks are in arrears but I quite agree with him that the Halton School of Cookery should have been kept at full capacity, and it will be so in future.
